Sub-Processors

This page outlines the sub-processors that Dripcel has engaged under the Dripcel Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to perform processing activities on Customer Personal Data, as defined in the DPA, on behalf of our customers. The relevant sub-processors for a particular customer depend on the Dripcel Service utilized and the customer’s region (Dripcel Region).

Dripcel uses two categories of sub-processors: internal Dripcel entities that support Dripcel Services and external third-party providers contracted to deliver a Dripcel Service. Dripcel commits to updating this page on a regular basis before any new sub-processor is engaged. 

The Dripcel entities listed below as providing support activities only process Customer Personal Data if shared by the customer during support requests. The location of processing will be determined by the location of the customer’s end users.
