SMS lead flow scheduling for call centres

Objectives

1. Set up an automated SMS marketing campaign to generate leads for a call centre that operates the following hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday: closed
  • Sunday: closed

2.  On Mondays, the campaign should start generating leads only at 12pm to allow the call centre to dial the leads generated over the weekend first.

3. The call centre works half day on Fridays, so the campaign should generate less leads that day.
